Croda International Plc of London, England (parent of Croda Inc., Arlington, Texas), has bought Uniqema, the U.K.-based oleochemicals and surfactants ´óÏó´«Ã½ of Imperial Chemical Industries Plc (ICI). Croda supplies antistats, antifogs, slip and antiblock agents, and various lubricant-type additives.
