No tooling is required for screen removal or replacement on Trendelkamp's new Master-Batch Pellet Classifier.
Trendelkamp introduces a new Master-Batch Pellet Classifier with quick release screens. The quick release TK-K Pellet Classifier requires no tooling for screen removal or replacement, easing material and color changes. The TK-K Pellet Classifier operates with a unique oscillating movement that prevents pellet bounce and can efficiently classify a variety of sizes and shapes. Multiple versions are available for collecting oversize, good size and undersize pellets. Throughput ranges are available from 350 to 5,000 kg/hr.
