Magic Celebrates 25 Years of All-Electric Blow Molding Machines
Now devoted exclusively to all-electric blow molders, Magic has built more than 1500 electric machines since 1997.

Magic MP spa of Italy is celebrating the 25th anniversary of its introduction of all-electric blow molding machines in 1997. Started in 1959, the company has sold more than 1500 all-electric continuous-extrusion shuttles and one-stage stretch-blow machines for PET. Magic ceased making hydraulic machines in 2015. of Japan claims to have introduced the first all-electric extrusion blow machine in 1994, followed by an electric two-stage stretch-blow molder in 1997. Magic asserts that it “produced the first all-electric blow molding machine for the world mass market.” Both companies will be exhibiting at the upcoming in Düsseldorf, Germany.
