Magic MP s.p.a. of Italy (, Whitmore Lake, Mich.) has supplemented its line of all-electric blow molding machines with a new downstream equipment division called Magic Robotica. It offers more than seven models for operations from bagging to spin trimming, external bottle takeout and palletizing. The goal is to provide a complete line from bottle blowing to cartons ready to ship.
As an example, Magic could supply an all-electric extrusion blow machine with 3+3 cavities and the bottles deflashed, leak tested and placed on an inline bottle conveyor belt, on which they proceed to a semi- or fully automatic palletizer, where the bottles are placed on a pallet, divided by cardboard layer sheets, and closed.
