Arburg Announces Change in Management Team
Following Gerhard Böhm’s retirement, Tobias Baur will take over leadership of Arburg’s sales and after sales management division.
On Sept. 1, Tobias Baur will take over leadership of the sales and after sales management division at Arburg, succeeding Gerhard Böhm, who is retiring.
Baur comes to Arburg from the Trumpf Group where he most recently served as director global sales and marketing. Responsibilities there included being in charge of product management and international sales of the services ´óÏó´«Ã½. As general manager from 2014 to 2019, he was tasked with setting up the Trumpf additive manufacturing division in Ditzingen, Germany, and Schio, Italy.
With the arrival of the new managing director, the Arburg management team will now consist of Managing Partners Michael and Juliane Hehl, as well as Tobias Baur; Guido Frohnhaus, technology & engineering; and Steffen Kroner, finance, controlling, IT and human resource management.
