The Accurate Group buys Induclose Caps and Plugs
FCI Molded Products will integrate Induclose into its existing large line of products.
The Accurate Group of Companies, which consists of Accurate Fasteners Ltd., FCI Molded Products Inc. and Northern Architectural Products Inc., has acquired Induclose Caps and Plugs Limited. FCI Molded Products (Concord, Ontario), which distributes custom molded products and furniture componentry, will integrate Induclose into its existing large line of products.
The Accurate Group of Companies expects this acquisition and merger to improve purchasing confidence and widen its client base. FCI Molded Products will now carry an array of plugs, caps and masks that will also complement another one of its divisions, Accurate Fasteners. The attainment will allow The Accurate Group of Companies to provide more secondary products to manufacturers and a larger client base.
