Technoject Machinery Corp. offers HEITEC hot-runner components and hot halves, specializing in micro nozzles, edge gate nozzles, and miniature valve gate nozzles. Minimum spacing starts at 4.5 mm for hot tip nozzles and 5.8 mm for valve gate nozzles.
Starline edge gate nozzles provide direct edge gates with up to eight tips per nozzle in a round or linear pattern. Engineering resins can also be processed. New X-Slim Nozzle provides extra large flow channels with minimum installation bore size.
The new Primo Line Nozzle can process easy commodity resins and the more demanding engineering resins, successfully utilizing the same nozzle design.
