In addition to rounds, PUNCH INDUSTRY can process square, triangular, or unusual shapes. Whether steel or carbide, a mirror-finish is achievable on ground pins without polishing. Custom small-diameter components we have made include ferrule pins, micro pins/punches for electronics and medical micro molds, and factory automation pins and punches. With turnkey component manufacturing that includes heat-treating, machining, and coating, we can make your custom component per-print.
