‘Value-Priced’ Servo-Hydraulic Toggles
“Value-priced” machines allow operators to profile stages of injection speed, holding pressure, backpressure, and screw rpm with closed-loop control.
of Taiwan, subsidiary of Chen Hsong, is represented in the U.S. by Cincinnati Process Technologies. CPT is talking about (though not displaying) the new Supermaster EV2 Series of servo-hydraulic toggle presses from 88 to 1099 tons. These “value-priced” machines have a Smart Mold Controller with B&R 10.4-in. display that allows operators to profile stages of injection speed, holding pressure, backpressure, and screw rpm with closed-loop control.
