Standardized Extruder Can Be Used Anywhere
Machine can be manufactured anywhere the customer is with the same specifications, design, support and goal to advance their materials.
CPM has developed a standardized solution in twin-screw compounding extruders that can be applied worldwide. Introduced at NPE2024, the Global eXtruder Technology (GXT) can be manufactured anywhere the customer is with the same specifications, same design, same support and same goal to advance their materials.
The GXT is available in standard centerline geometries, 13Nm/cm3 torque densities and anywhere from 40 to 48 L/D with screw speed options of 600, 900 and 1200 rpm at maximized power output.

Benefits include:
- Standardized worldwide solution to fit nearly all compounding applications;
- Plug-and-play design;
- Local support from global CPM locations;
- Improved delivery times;
- Lower operational costs; and
- Standard twin screw modular design.
