The Signature Series from Vac-U-Max is billed as a quick and easy “plug-and-play” solution for conveying powders, pellets, flakes, fibers, wood flour, pigments, and more—from drums, bulk bags, totes, bag dump stations, IBCs, etc.
Systems are available in 1500 Series for conveying rates from handfuls to 1500 lb/hr (680 kg/hr); or 3500 Series for conveying rates up to 3500 lb/hr (1600 kg/hr). Each five-part “plug-and-play” system includes a pick-up wand, convey hose, vacuum receiver with automatic pulse filter cleaning, vacuum producer, and UL-listed controls. Vac-U-Max is a UL-Listed design and manufacturer of control panels for general purpose and hazardous areas.

Typical applications include feeder and gravimetric blender refill for compounding and extrusion applications.
