Hasco has expanded its Z7500/... line of locating ring adapters, adding four more sizes. The rings, which feature an integrated frictional spring-tensioning system, allow flexible, tool-free adaption of injection molds onto injection molding machines with larger apertures. Machining adjustments are not necessary.
The adapters feature a large lead-in chamfer for the injection molding machines via an 8-mm guide. To ease dismantling, lever slots are provided. For secure fixing, circular wire circlips, part Z 692 /..., are available as spares.
All the locating ring adapters have laser inscription to ensure easy identification and error-free deployment. Hasco says the stainless steel locating ring adapters can be used in clean room settings and come in inch and metric versions ex stock.
