Versa Machinery’s new CTS Line of corrugated tube cutters precisely feed, measure, and cut corrugated tubes. A high-speed electronic eye locates the end of each selected cuff, and a high-resolution encoder precisely measures the specified distance to the cut location, then a razor sharp knife cuts at speeds to 1700 rpm. Cut length tolerances of ±0.020 in. available.
These highly accurate and repeatable systems are available to cut corrugated tubes to 3-in, diam, making them ideal for corrugated tubing used in medial, automotive and other applications.
