Gericke USA’s Easydos Pro weigh-feeding control system provides a single control for a wide range of material handling processes, including plastics. Gericke says the Easydos Pro can improve efficiency in gravimetric loss-in-weight feeding, belt weighing, and batch weighing processes. It can also be linked with flow meters to monitor feeding in real-time.

In terms of control, the Easydos Pro features a menu-driven graphic interface with a preset library of material parameters for fast access to stored recipes. The feeder control system may also be networked via standard bus to PCs or PLCs to integrate control over conveying, mixing and other equipment. The weighing and feeding systems include the feeding tool, electronic weigher and control unit and are delivered pre-wired and ready to plug in for fast startup.
