Dry Ice Blaster Upgraded
Cold Jet has updated it dry-ice cleaning system, the i3 MicroClean, with the i3 MicroClean 2 promising more power and efficiency.
Cold Jet says the i3 MicroClean 2 dry ice blaster builds upon and enhances the proven technology of the i3 MicroClean. Specifically, Cold Jet says users can expect enhanced performance, more versatile cleaning capability with a wider application range, and more efficient operation with a significant reduction in consumable consumption.
The i3 MicroClean 2 blaster provides more power compared to previous model, allowing for removal of tough contaminants. Overall, Cold Jet promises a more than 25% performance improvement, enabling users to clean faster with a pulse-free blast stream. In addition, Cold Jet says the new version has shown more than a 20% decrease in consumable consumption, lowering operating costs. The machine features a7-in. LCD screen with digital controls and an intuitive HMI display, which allows users to easily view and control blasting parameters and machine settings. Users can create and save programmable and password-protected application recipes, locking in settings like blast pressure and feed rate. An LED indicator signals the dry ice level, while the screen lock feature enables complete control of the blasting operation. Remote monitoring and diagnostics are available through Cold Jet Connect, with firmware updates and improvements performed automatically over the air.
