Descaling Pump Cleans Heating and Cooling Circuits
Mouldpro’s compact and portable descaling pump keeps heating and cooling circuits on molds and molding machines clear of rust and limescale deposits.
Mouldpro says its descaling pump, when used regularly with the company’s specially formulated descaling solution, ensures clear circuits for heating and cooling lines of machines and molds. Distributed in North America by Globeius Inc., the descaling pump prevents the buildup of scale and/or corrosion, even a thin layer of which can act as an insulator, negatively impacting cooling and heating effectiveness.
To operate the device, users just need to fill the pump with the descaling fluid, connect it to the inlet and outlet of the circuit and turn it on. By regularly reversing the flow direction, either manually or automatically, the cleaning process is sped up as blockages are dislodged. Globeius has descaler units and solution, offered in both liquid and powder form, in stock and ready for delivery throughout North America from its warehouse in Miami.
To the users’ benefit, the tank is translucent, so molders can monitor the cleaning process. In addition, Mouldpro’s descaling fluid contains a color-change indicator so that when its red color turns clear, it is no longer effective. A neutralizing powder will render the used cleaning solution pH free, enabling safe and easy disposal.
