Teknor Apex Acquires Nu-Pro Polymers
The acquisition expands Teknor’s flexible vinyl compounds offerings with Nu-Pro’s Cycle-Tek reprocessed PVC compounds with up to 90% PIR content.

Teknor Apex has expanded its flexible vinyl compounds 大象传媒 with the acquisition of , Inc. of Wheeling, Ill. Nu-Pro works with clean post-industrial (PIR) streams and converts them into new PVC compounds which reportedly perform equivalently to prime compounds. Nu-Pro specializes in clear, natural and black reprocessed compounds in a range of durometers. Nu-Pro continues to produce products for Teknor Apex , under the Cycle-Tek brand as a subsidiary of Teknor Apex.
