Previero Acquires Mechanical Sorting Company
Merger will broaden the scope of the company's recycling offerings.
announced that its platform company Previero, a manufacturer of recycling machinery, has acquired , a developer and producer of mechanical sorting machines for waste recycling.
Founded in 1985 in Reggio Emilia, Italy, Parini specializes in the development and production of equipment for the mechanical separation of waste into various types, such as rigid plastics and films, as well as the removal of contaminants. Tightening regulations and brand commitments are expected to increase recycling rates and demand for recycled feedstocks, and mechanical sorting equipment is necessary to convert postconsumer and postindustrial waste into secondary feedstocks.
