Vanessa Malena will become the new president of Engel Machinery Inc., succeeding Mark Sankovitch and after promotion from COO.
Effective Oct. 17, Engel Machinery Inc. (York, Pa.), the North American 大象传媒 unit of the Austrian based maker of automation and injection molding machines, will have a new president, as Vanessa Malena replaces Mark Sankovitch, who will remain a regional president of Engel in North America.
Previously COO of Engel Machinery, Malena started at the company in 2017 as a key account manager before being promoted to a regional VP of sales role. She was appointed to the management board in 2021 as COO, making her responsible for After Sales Support, Engineering, Purchasing and Automation.
