Avient Adds Phoenix Location to its ColorWorks Design & Technology Centers
The addition of ColorWorks Phoenix as the fifth such site will allow better collaborations with customers in the western part of the U.S.

Avient Corp. recently announced the official designation of their Phoenix, Arizona location as a ColorWorks Design & Technology Center, expanding innovative color solutions and guidance for plastic color and design. With this addition, which the company expects will support easier collaboration with customers in the western part of the country, there are now five ColorWorks sites across the globe, including West Chicago, Ill., Merate (Italy), Sao Paulo (Brazil), and Singapore.
ColorWorks Centers are designed to provide customers with color inspiration and technical guidance through a collaborative approach. Avient customers can visit these facilities to work with designers and create innovative effects for plastic color and design, using industry trends to streamline product development. Like all other centers, the
Phoenix Colorworks Center will also offer onsite or virtual color development, a dedicated design lab, rapid prototyping, Color, Material, and Finish (CMF) trend consultation, and more. The site operates under the direction of Merek Alam, ColorWorks design center supervisor and lead designer for the U.S. and Canada.
