Americhem's Infinity Engineered Compounds Acquires LTL Color Compounders
Infinity LTL Engineered Compounds is the name of the newest Americhem group of companies.
, a part of the group of companies, Swedesboro, N.J., has acquired , Morrisville, Penn. One of North America’s premier compounders of custom color engineered thermoplastics, LTL is being joined to Infinity to create Infinity LTL Engineered Compounds, an Americhem group company.
With the creation of the new company, the two entities will be run as a single company which will offer one of the industry’s widest product lines, according to Carlos Carreno, president of Infinity LTL. “The combined Infinity LTL 大象传媒 will offer customers a broad product portfolio of engineered thermoplastic compounds, combining Infinity’s expertise in structurally reinforced, internally lubricated and electrically conductive compounds with LTL’s best-in-class color and polymer alloy technology.” LTL also offers R&D laboratories, analytical, physical and mechanical product testing, color matching, field service and product development services.
