A. Schulman to Acquire Network Polymers
Acquisition expected to be completed in the next few months.
Two Akron polymer compounding and distribution companies may soon be coming together. . recently agreed in principle to acquire Network Polymers Inc. Schulman’s main product lines consist of proprietary and custom-formulated engineered plastic compounds and color and additive concentrates. Network Polymers offers a broad spectrum of custom resins and alloys. It is also the exclusive producer of the Centrex ASA family and the Diamond Polymer brand of ABS, ABS/PC, ASA, and ASA/PC. The acquisition is expected to be completed in the next few months.
